From a holistic point of view, she works on mindfulness and relaxation while incorporating S.O.U.L. (sustainable, organic, unrefined, and local) foods to ensure clients receive the nourishment they need. She meets people where they are, and suggests individualized, practical nutrition and lifestyle advice for their own self-healing and maintenance. Paige truly believes healing starts with whole foods and a balanced way of living.
