While I love the flavor combination of creamy pumpkin with warming spices, I do not love the artificial flavors and sweeteners these beverages contain. This is why I came up with my own pumpkin spice creamer recipe that I’m going to share with you so that you can make your very own sugar free pumpkin spice latte at home with coffee or chai tea. Better yet, I’ve added adaptogenic mushrooms and herbs to this recipe to boost up the health benefits.
